This website is operated for the Milletto & Nutto brand by ADAS GLOBAL EXPORTS PVT LTD ("Milletto & Nutto", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing millettonutto.com, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

1. Use of Our Website

You may browse the website without creating an account.

When placing an order or creating an account, you are responsible for providing accurate and current information, including your name, contact details, billing information and delivery address.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.

  • Interfere with the normal functioning of the website.

Milletto & Nutto offers packaged food products, including millet-based snacks, cookies, premixes, makhana, roasted snacks, gift hampers and related products.

Milletto & Nutto currently accepts prepaid orders only through the payment methods available during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

We do not ordinarily store complete card details, CVV information or online banking credentials on our own systems.

From time to time, Milletto & Nutto may offer:

Orders that have not yet been packed or dispatched may generally be cancelled.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved refunds for eligible cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because Milletto & Nutto sells packaged food and consumable products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal taste preference.

  • Ordering the wrong flavour or product.

  • No longer wanting the product after delivery.

However, customers may contact us if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The quantity received is incorrect.

  • The product arrived materially damaged.

  • Packaging was materially tampered with or compromised.

  • The product was already expired when delivered.

  • The product has a genuine quality defect.

  • The product is materially different from what was ordered or described.

For visible transit damage, incorrect items or quantity issues, customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can investigate promptly.

This recommended reporting period does not remove any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
